P2: design a DVD menu working within appropriate conventions and with some assistance [CT, SM]
M2: design a DVD menu effectively showing some imagination and with only occasional assistance
D2: design a DVD menu to a quality that reflects near-professional standards showing creativity and flair and working independently to professional expectations
P3: produce a DVD project working within appropriate conventions and with some assistance. [CT, SM]

D3: produce a DVD project of technical quality that reflects near-professional standards showing creativity and flair and working independently to professional expectations.

Brief

In preparation for an interview for employment in the Creative Media Sector, you are required to produce a professional DVD showcasing all your work.

Task

Step 1: Design and preparation

You are required to produce menu design (using CS5 and other software)

produce records of planning work including flowchart and,  finished DVD menus and submenus.

You must keep careful records of activities such as meetings or production work undertaken.

Step 2: Authoring your DVD

You will produce a DVD project using appropriate formats and techniques. As part of the production process, you should show your work to a client or audience and make changes where necessary, and document this process accordingly.
